Usually ₱28,000 to 38,000 per square metre. You get a fixed quote after the site visit.
Do you help with building permits?
Yes. We prepare the plans and file the permit for you.
How do payments work?
In stages, after each part is done, such as the foundation, walls and roof.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. 1 year on workmanship and 3 years on roof leaks.
